"All of the staff members I have interacted with at this hotel have had really great customer service skills. I ended up extending my stay for work which usually is a painful experience when it happens at other hotels, but Lizzy made it very easy and efficient for me. Breakfast is good, and the workout room is fine, and their partnership with the University gym was a major bonus. This place is crushing it all around!"

"It's an average modern hotel. Bed was ok, room was clean. It was a little noisy, maybe they skimped on insulation during construction. Didn't bother me since I'm a sound sleeper but it could be a problem for some. Complimentary breakfast was fantastic for this middle of the road hotel."

"Things I like: A clock in the room. I don't like to always have to use my phone. A big padded bench that works great for a suitcase. Plenty of outlets that all work! Fridge and microwave, and a Keurig in my room. Laundry roim if needed. Breakfast included, what's not to like?"

"Stayed here after a day at the dunes. Rooms were nice and clean. Beds need more bedding on them, luckily we had extra blankets with us. Parking lot was lit up and safe. Walking distance to numerous fast food restaurants. Would definitely stay here again."

"We enjoyed our stay. The rooms are clean and we thought the breakfast was adequate. The pool and spa looked nice and well cared for, but we didn't use it because we were at the lake most of the day. We have stayed at the local Best Western and the beds and linens here were way better quality."

"This hotel is an older building, but it seemed mostly clean, and staff were pleasant. Breakfast was okay. Towels were soft and thick. In room fridges are larger than in most hotels and included a freezer. Breakfast was good. Pillows were great, but the mattress was a little soft for my liking. The curtains in the room we had were stained with large spots, as if something had been sprayed or sort of "exploded" on them and then dried without..."

"Very clean and spacious rooms. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Typical continental breakfast. Starbucks and other fast food within walking distance. Easy access to the freeway."
